The Willwriting Guild (UK) Ltd or The WWG is a family run business first established
in 1991, providing Will services across the North West. During this
period we have prepared 1000’s of Wills, most of which have been referrals and recommendations
by our existing clients. The WWG has been gaining expertise in
the specialised subject of writing wills since 1991. And, by keeping abreast of
legal and inheritance tax changes, we can assist you in the making of your Will. All Wills are
tailor made to your needs, providing real security for your loved
ones. With our service, you take advantage of a free home visit by a trained
consultant who will make an appointment
at a time convenient for you.
Our company is a member
of the Society of Will Writers. This non-profit making regulatory body
ensures all members are properly trained, experienced and indemnified. This
is your assurance
of competence and professionalism when we prepare and write your Will. With The WWG you
can rely on jargon free, sensible advice on all matters
regarding making a will.
Preparing your Will; - Firstly, we visit you at your home, during the day or evening,
whichever is the most convenient to you. At this time, we take your instructions
and, where required, we give guidance on such matters as Inheritance Tax, Trusts,
Gifts of Money to Children, Storage and Probate.
Soon after this initial appointment you will be provided with
a legal, valid and binding Will,
delivered to you for signing and witnessing.
